This is just a reminder that the Hemlock Happening is this Saturday (11 June) on Bramcote Hills Park from 1pm to 10pm. Go to www.hemlockhappening.org to see the full programme. As you will see, it will be the biggest ever! Everything takes place in the main park as we have now outgrown the walled-garden area. It's a free day out. Come and enjoy the music and the many other stall and activities throughout the afternoon followed by the evening entertainment that culminates in a fireworks extravaganza at 10pm. This year there are more catering outlets with all kinds of food and drink to sample and enjoy. Or bring your own picnic if you wish. Do bring an umbrella just in case its wet, and maybe something to sit on. And enjoy! As the chair of the Bramcote and Stapleford Golden Jubilee Group that has been involved in the organisation of this annual event since 2002, I can guarantee that we have something for everyone.
